Borlaug Fellows

 

  • UC Davis hosts 2 Borlaug fellowship programs: 1) UC Davis hosts USDA-supported Borlaug fellows, who come for short-term scientific training and collaborative research exchanges. See USDA Borlaug fellowships. 2) IPO manages the USAID-supported Borlaug Leadership Enhancement in Agriculture Program LEAP for graduate study fellowships.

 Cochran Fellows Cochran

  • UC Davis is a major host for short-term training and industry visits supported by the USDA Cochran program. See USDA FAS Cochran and/or recent training and workshops. Corky Lovin leads the UC Davis programs and has led groups from over 50 countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Grenada, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Madagascar, Malaysia, Moldova, Mozambique, Namibia, Oman, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen and Zambia. Fulbright

Fulbright scholars

  • Each year, UC Davis receives Fulbright fellows from around the world who come to study for extended periods. See Fulbright

 

Humphrey

Humphrey Fellows

  • UC Davis is one of a limited number of US campuses hosting a Humphrey Fellow program. The fellows who come for 9 months to expand their knowledge and skills in the areas of Agriculture and/or the Environment. See Humphrey fellowship
