Professor Glenn Young is actively managing several projects in Southeast Asia, including Cambodia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Vietnam. His education, extension and research activities are impacting development of curriculum and the building of new research capacities at universities. His field working with local farmers is enhancing the use of innovative hard and soft technologies to improve food security through locally tailored programs to promote food safety, food technology, post-harvest technology, market access and sustainable agriculture.
