In addition, the ILC manages the College of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences Knowledge Bank and directly provides training in:
- Project and people management
- Extension and communication methodologies,
- Monitoring and evaluation,
- Team building,
- Knowledge and learning asset management,
- Leadership,
- Train-the-trainer, and
- Basic agronomy
